RECIPROCAL LANDSCAPES: BURREN

This series came about during my residency in at the Burren College of Art in Co. Claire, Ireland. I used the images I collected from my walks to create paintings that materialized the experience of what I saw. I then brought the paintings back outside to the places of inspiration and photographed them in context. It became a phenomenological practice of bringing something into being.
